NORFOLK, VA — Ghent’s food scene just got a major upgrade. Ling Ling’s Dim Sum House is officially open at The Center Shops (2000 Colley Ave), bringing authentic, handmade dim sum and killer bakery sweets right to Norfolk.
The menu is packed with steaming hot dumplings—shrimp, pork, beef, chicken, and veggie—plus savory rice noodle rolls and fluffy bao. If you have a sweet tooth, they’re also serving up fresh egg tarts, fruit cakes, and boba tea.
