The Rosemyr Corporation’s Online Payment Portal is available for our tenants’ use as an additional method of payment.
The Online Payment Portal can be used for one-time payments. To make future payments easier, after your one-time payment, you may enroll in the system to set up recurring payments.
1. To ensure your payment is applied to the appropriate account, please make sure to include the tenant name as shown in your lease agreement, as well as the city in which the leased premises is located.
2. To ensure timely delivery and avoid late fees, please submit RENT payments on or before the date upon which rent payment is due per your lease agreement. Please submit INVOICE payments at least 3 days prior to the due date.

Electronic Bank Draft – Payments can also be made by electronic bank draft. Simply complete the Draft Authorization Form and return the completed form to Rosemyr with a voided check. Completed forms and checks may be mailed to:
