On February 5, 2025, an early morning fire halted business at Crudo Nudo. Fortunately, no one was injured, but the interior of the space was a complete loss. Just over one year later we are happy to announce they are opening their doors again on February 20, 2026. During the construction many customers have poked their heads into the space for updates and to share words of encouragement, and all of that support has been monumental in getting to this point. The owner is excited about the new look of the restaurant, and more importantly, hopes everyone is hungry!
