The three corporations are managed as one company by the management team of The Rosemyr Corporation who manage only the properties they own. The team's background provides extensive leasing, management and financing skills. Management's considerable experience gives the company a level of depth and professionalism unusual for a team of only six players. Management provides the knowledge and experience and the corporations contribute the financial muscle to meet their goals. Since 1990, the combined corporations have nearly tripled revenues and assets, doubled profits and equity AND purchased $3M in company stock from stockholders. The corporations wholly-own more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial buildings. Rosemyr owns 67% of the portfolio, Emrose owns 23% and H.H.C. Co., Inc. contributes the remaining 10%. These properties are long term investments and each is maintained to lengthen its life and maximize the value to the community it serves and its owners.The Rosemyr Corporation has taken a strong role in the revitalization of historic value of these properties while providing for practical modern use. These endeavors have earned both community and national recognition. Rosemyr focuses on the restoration of existing properties and considers itself a re-developer rather than a developer.
