The corporations are continuing to expand their retail market investments through their associations with joint venture partners. To date, the corporations own another 7 shopping centers totaling an additional 1,000,000 square feet. The joint partnerships operate these shopping centers under limited liability companies (LLC's) formed with several real estate professionals.
