- Maintain the high standards of each property in order to enhance the market value for both the long and the short terms.
- Review each property, focusing on the under performers with the goal of positioning these properties for adequate performance or replacement.
- Add quality investments to the corporations' portfolios as financing and/or cash flow become available.
- Reinvest (including debt reduction) 90% of annual cash flow.
